We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering (IE) Manager to lead efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization across our apparel manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive productivity improvements through line balancing, SMV/SAM analysis, and bottleneck removal.
• Lead pre-order costing & labour cost estimation (CMT).
• Develop & enforce SOPs, process flowcharts, and operation bulletins.
• Plan and rationalize manpower and machine utilization.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, QCO, waste reduction).
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial/Textile/Apparel Engineering.
• 5-7 years’ experience in IE & production optimization, with team leadership.
• Strong skills in time & motion study, SMV/SAM, and lean tools.
• Excellent communication & leadership to drive change across teams.
