Flora Food Group is looking for an Industrial Dairy Supply Chain Lead to ensure seamless execution across our dairy operations — from raw milk intake to finished product delivery. This is a key role that sits at the intersection of customer service, production planning, and logistics, making sure we deliver on our commercial promises with excellence.

• Be the main supply chain contact for customers — manage escalations, provide service-level reporting, and proactively solve issues
• Plan & schedule production — align milk intake, customer demand, and plant capacity for maximum efficiency
• Manage inbound milk & plant coordination — track supply vs. forecast and keep production running smoothly
• Oversee inventory & logistics — ensure on-time, in-full deliveries while optimizing cost and sustainability
• Drive performance & improvement — monitor KPIs and strengthen the end-to-end supply chain
