We are seeking a highly motivated In-house Counsel to provide legal guidance and support to our organization. The In-house Counsel will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing advice on a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice and support to all departments within the organization.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Manage litigation and other legal disputes.
* Conduct legal research and provide training to employees on legal matters.

Required Skills:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Excellent research and writing skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
