Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our hotel and restaurant software, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients via calls, emails, and social media. Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, pitch our solutions, and schedule product demos. Product Demonstrations: Present product features and benefits effectively to prospects and customers. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage the sales funnel proactively. Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships to promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic sales insights. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams for smooth sales cycles. Requirements: 24 years of experience in inside sales (hospitality or software industry preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with hotel/restaurant software or a strong willingness to learn. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and Google Workspace. Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills. A team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. Nice to Have: Knowledge of the hospitality domain (hotels, restaurants, F&B). Prior experience in software/SaaS sales. Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are a plus.
