The IT Business Analyst will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in gathering business requirements, crafting project scope statements, and documenting processes in accordance with Agile methodology. They will also help ensure that the MITDP project activities align with stakeholder requirements. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders across different administrations (Air, Land, Water) and the OIMT staff. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and support decision-making. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate business processes and IT systems for improvement opportunities.
