We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk professional to provide technical assistance and support to our users. As an IT Helpdesk, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
* Document and track support requests in a ticketing system.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
