*Provide hands-on technical support to users. *Apply software patches and upgrades *Maintain Windows Computers & peripherals including laser printers, label printers, bar-code scanners, etc. *Installation and deployment of networking hardware and/or computers for new production lines *Prepare hardware, software, back-office, and domain accounts for new users. *Manage wired and wireless networks *Manage domain accounts and email accounts requests with Corporate IT team *Minor PC repair and parts ordering *Investigate PC and network connectivity issues *Setup and configure work benches as per department/Operations requirement *Record, track and document issues and their resolutions including initial problem, successful and unsuccessful decisions made, actions taken and final resolution. *Other tasks as determined by supervisor.
