Your mission will be to generate high-quality, sales-ready B2B leads.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Identify and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers in the USA.</li><li>Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Accurately manage and update all lead activities in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).</li><li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategy.</li><li>Provide market intelligence on US industry trends.</li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate Has:</h3><ul><li>2-3+ years of proven B2B lead generation experience, preferably in the US market.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.</li><li>A target-driven, hunter mentality and a collaborative spirit.</li></ul>
