What You'll Be Doing:
- Facilitate & deliver soft skills / behavioral training across levels
- Conduct TNA & design learning programs (ADDIE model)
- Develop content, SOPs, and implement assessment centers
- Track training ROI & maintain 100% accurate MIS
- Align programs with learner needs & business objectives
- Lead training feedback & continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in L&D / Soft Skills Training
- IT/ITES industry background preferred
- Strong content creation & delivery skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Office
Certifications in L&D / Training - a plus!
