Job Description

<p>What You'll Be Doing:</p><ul><li>Facilitate & deliver soft skills / behavioral training across levels</li><li>Conduct TNA & design learning programs (ADDIE model)</li><li>Develop content, SOPs, and implement assessment centers</li><li>Track training ROI & maintain 100% accurate MIS</li><li>Align programs with learner needs & business objectives</li><li>Lead training feedback & continuous improvement</li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><ul><li>6+ years of experience in L&D / Soft Skills Training</li><li>IT/ITES industry background preferred</li><li>Strong content creation & delivery skills</li><li>Excellent communication & stakeholder management</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li></ul><p>Certifications in L&D / Training - a plus!</p>
