Job Description

<p>We are looking for a Learning Experience Lead with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in San Diego, CA.</p><ul><li>Analyze raw content (slides, talk tracks, code samples) and design structured learning flows.</li><li>Write engaging instructional scripts, storyboards, quizzes, and assessments.</li><li>Apply adult learning principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Review and iterate based on alpha/beta feedback cycles.</li></ul>
