We are looking for a Learning Experience Lead with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in San Diego, CA.

• Analyze raw content (slides, talk tracks, code samples) and design structured learning flows.
• Write engaging instructional scripts, storyboards, quizzes, and assessments.
• Apply adult learning principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
• Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure accuracy.
• Review and iterate based on alpha/beta feedback cycles.
