MBG Legal Consultants is looking for a highly skilled Legal Associate with strong expertise in corporate and commercial matters to join our team.
🔑 Experience Required
- Minimum 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in UAE with focus on corporate & commercial law
- Excellent drafting skills gained from a reputed law / legal consultancy firm
📌 Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Drafting & reviewing simple and complex contracts: Lease Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Distribution Agreements, EPC Contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, etc.
- Providing legal consultation and advice on a wide range of matters including commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory issues
- Strong background in corporate secretarial & governance functions
- Drafting legal opinions / reports on UAE laws including Civil Transaction Law, Company Law, Real Estate, Construction, Insurance, Commercial Agency & Bankruptcy Law
- Advising and ensuring compliance with ADGM & DIFC laws
- Maintaining legal databases and providing training to enhance legal awareness
- (Preferred) Background in Banking & Finance law
