Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research using online resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Maintain and update case files and databases.
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in litigation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in online legal research tools.
- Strong knowledge of CA State and Federal Litigation rules.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
