Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research using online resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Prepare and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Maintain and update case files and databases.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in litigation.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in online legal research tools.
• Strong knowledge of CA State and Federal Litigation rules.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
