Job Description

Are you a dynamic clinical leader with a passion for operational excellence and provider engagement in acute care settings? Were looking for a Manager Clinical Operations & Provider Engagement to join our growing team and drive excellence in hospitalist program performance, physician relations, and quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the liaison between our hospitalist team, hospital administration, and referral sources to enhance provider satisfaction and patient outcomes. Lead and support physician onboarding, performance initiatives, and operational workflows. Collaborate with Medical Directors and Field Operations to drive KPIs related to throughput, LOS, readmissions, coding, and quality measures. Support physician recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies. Facilitate communication, planning, and governance through regular committee meetings and data-driven feedback loops. Represent the program professionally with internal stakeholders, patients, and external partners.
