Key Responsibilities: Serve as the liaison between our hospitalist team, hospital administration, and referral sources to enhance provider satisfaction and patient outcomes. Lead and support physician onboarding, performance initiatives, and operational workflows. Collaborate with Medical Directors and Field Operations to drive KPIs related to throughput, LOS, readmissions, coding, and quality measures. Support physician recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies. Facilitate communication, planning, and governance through regular committee meetings and data-driven feedback loops. Represent the program professionally with internal stakeholders, patients, and external partners.
