What You’ll Do:

• Plan, direct, and improve operations efficiency
• Coordinate & monitor the design team’s work
• Understand client requirements and ensure execution
• Implement policies to maximize output

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in Operations (Manager role)
• Strong in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Power BI & MS tools
• Excellent people management (handled 10+ members)
• Strong interpersonal & decision-making skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
