What You’ll Do:
- Plan, direct, and improve operations efficiency
- Coordinate & monitor the design team’s work
- Understand client requirements and ensure execution
- Implement policies to maximize output
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in Operations (Manager role)
- Strong in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Power BI & MS tools
- Excellent people management (handled 10+ members)
- Strong interpersonal & decision-making skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
