Job Description

<p>We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our sales function, design go to market strategies, manage the sales funnel, and drive online/offline marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of SaaS/ HRTech, and the ability to deliver revenue growth across student, college, and SME segments.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Sales Leadership: Build, train, and manage a team of sales executives; monitor performance against KPIs.</li><li>Funnel Management: Develop and optimize the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closure.</li><li>Marketing Oversight: Plan & execute integrated online/offline campaigns to drive leads.</li><li>Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, colleges, and SMEs; lead high-value negotiations.</li><li>Strategy & Reporting: Create monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts, prepare sales performance reports, and suggest improvements.</li><li>Brand Building: Coordinate with product/marketing teams to position VOLKAI HR effectively in the market.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with product & customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred (not mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience in SaaS/Tech product sales (HRTech/EdTech preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and funnel management.</li><li>Leadership and team management experience.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and take strategic decisions.</li></ul>
