We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our sales function, design go to market strategies, manage the sales funnel, and drive online/offline marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of SaaS/ HRTech, and the ability to deliver revenue growth across student, college, and SME segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Build, train, and manage a team of sales executives; monitor performance against KPIs.
- Funnel Management: Develop and optimize the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
- Marketing Oversight: Plan & execute integrated online/offline campaigns to drive leads.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, colleges, and SMEs; lead high-value negotiations.
- Strategy & Reporting: Create monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts, prepare sales performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Brand Building: Coordinate with product/marketing teams to position VOLKAI HR effectively in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product & customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred (not mandatory).
- Proven experience in SaaS/Tech product sales (HRTech/EdTech preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and funnel management.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and take strategic decisions.
