Job Description

<ul><li>Prepare and review shop drawings & as-built drawings (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.)</li><li>Handle BOQs, cost estimation & quantity surveying</li><li>Review design drawings, specs & tender documents</li><li>Manage material submittals, RFIs, method statements & documentation</li><li>Coordinate with site teams, consultants & subcontractors</li><li>Support planning, scheduling & progress monitoring</li><li>Ensure compliance with codes, standards & client needs</li><li>Provide technical support to execution teams</li></ul>
