We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our Early Production Facility (EPF) in Libya. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and coordinating with vendors to ensure the efficient and safe maintenance of all mechanical equipment. This role demands strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems.

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical technicians.
* Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
* Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities.
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
