Key Responsibilities: Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs Conduct site surveys and prepare visit reports Break projects into packages and prepare RFQs Coordinate with procurement to gather pricing from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare preliminary design drawings and method statements if needed Analyze offers and develop accurate cost estimates Update item price databases regularly Create compliant commercial and technical proposals
