We are seeking a skilled MEP Estimation and Quantity Surveying Freelancer to support our project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with expertise in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and BOQ preparation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can deliver accurate and reliable cost data for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Develop BOQs in accordance with international standards (POMI, NRM, CESMM).
• Conduct cost estimation and budget preparation for projects.
• Provide support for tender and contract documentation.
• Analyze variations and change orders.
