Drafting and issuing due diligence, title reports for builders, promoters, etc. 2. Drafting and execution of property documents including development agreements, deeds of conveyance, agreement for sale, etc. 3. Other transactional work pertaining to property as well as company including shareholders agreements, amalgamation amongst others. 4. Corporate governance by providing guidance and support to Board of directors including board meeting regulations and regulatory filings. 5. Contract management including review, drafting and negotiation on a wide range of contracts. 6. Liaise with lawyers and regulatory authorities.
