Job Description

<p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Organising office meetings and managing delivery of set actions in a timely manner</li><li>Managing the relationship with Insurance brokers for company goods</li><li>Liaising weekly with the MD to ensure any actions are addressed on the PO’s (in the absence of the office manager)</li><li>Responsible for all office and flat equipment, payments, repair</li><li>Initiating and Directing Customer facing communication to ensure orders are expedited as swiftly and smoothly as possible (with direction from Office Manager and in his absence)</li><li>Closely Monitoring the record of all communication with OEM and IOC in respect of orders (with direction from Office Manager and in his absence)</li><li>Regular discussions with accountant and establishing targets and deadlines for their work ensuring this is streamlined and relevant.</li><li>Management oversight of the company vehicles</li><li>Checking and signing off quotes completed by the expediters (with direction from Office Manager and in his absence)</li><li>Working closely with expediting and logistics team on local and long distance deliveries.</li><li>Ensuring the asset register is kept up to date by the Accountants</li><li>Supporting Accounts team with FIRS and LIRS audits</li><li>Supervision of a number of staff</li><li>Manage ISO audits and Documentation</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in the same position or administrative roles.</li><li>Strong organisational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism</li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>
