We’re looking for an Operations Lead to own and drive the heartbeat of our execution. This is not a routine admin role — it’s a leadership position at the core of Strivo Labs. You will design and manage systems, coordinate projects across multiple teams, and ensure that everything we do runs like clockwork. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Strategy & Operations teams, and product managers to translate vision into action, spot inefficiencies, and implement scalable processes that allow Strivo Labs to deliver consistently to clients and scale globally. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Build, optimize, and oversee internal systems, workflows, and tools for seamless execution. Project Leadership: Track, manage, and ensure timely delivery of multiple client and internal projects. Process Design: Identify bottlenecks and implement SOPs, dashboards, and automations to scale operations. Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional collaboration between strategy, technical, and creative teams. Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly operational updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to leadership. Quality Control: Ensure deliverables across projects meet Strivo Labs’ execution standards. Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through digital tools, automation, and best practices.
