Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operation of rides and entertainment facilities within the amusement park. Manage operational teams including staff, security, housekeeping, and maintenance. Develop and implement daily and weekly staff schedules to ensure smooth workflow. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction. Monitor departmental performance, analyze operational reports, and implement improvements. Coordinate closely with other departments such as Marketing, Maintenance, and Human Resources to ensure aligned operations.
