We are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, with a focus on building and nurturing strategic relationships with financial institutions, particularly banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial contact to successful integration and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Identification and Outreach: Identify, research, and contact potential partners, with a strong focus on banks and financial institutions in India.
- Sales & Negotiation: Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including pitching our solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales and partnership activities. Prepare and present regular reports on progress, performance, and market insights to the leadership team.
- Travel: Travel as required to meet with potential and existing partners.
