Armela Farms is looking for hiring Payroll & HR Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Manage monthly payroll processing in SAP HCM (overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, gratuity)
Reconcile payroll with Finance; prepare WPS files, pay orders, and payroll dashboards
Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, visa processing, medical insurance, transfers, promotions, exits
Handle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, onboarding)
Support performance management (KPI setting, reviews, appraisals, salary increments)
Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports; ensure policy & UAE labor law compliance
Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
46 years payroll & HR operations experience in the UAE
Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Excel
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS
