Connecting Minds HR Services is hiring a Payroll Manager for a leading Facility Management company in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
810 years of payroll management experience
MANDATORY: UAE & KSA payroll expertise
Experience managing 2000+ employees
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, KSA Labor Law, WPS, GOSI & EOBI
Background in Facility Management / Construction / Service sector
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll for UAE & KSA markets
Ensure full regulatory compliance across both countries
Lead payroll team and drive process improvements
Handle WPS, GOSI, EOBI processing
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless operations
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record with high-volume payroll operations
Expertise in HRMS / ERP systems
Strong analytical and leadership skills
