This is an opportunity to handle intake through trial while working with a respected firm that prioritizes client advocacy and litigation excellence.</p> <p>What You’ll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage a plaintiff PI caseload from start to finish</li> <li>Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial prep</li> <li>Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and co-counsel</li> <li>Provide regular client communication and strategic guidance</li> <li>Drive favorable settlements and trial verdicts</li> <li>Small-mid size firm, ROOM FOR GROWTH!</li> </ul> <p>What We’re Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>JD and active California Bar license (required)</li> <li>3-6 years of plaintiff PI litigation experience</li> <li>Practice area: Slip n Fall, Wrongfully, Automobile Accidents, Spinal Cord, Dog bits, Motorcycle accidents</li> <li>Strong knowledge of CA civil procedure and personal injury law</li> <li>Excellent advocacy, organization, and client service skills</li> </ul>
