We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitative care to patients with physical impairments or disabilities. The Physical Therapist will assess patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic exercises.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
* Educate patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.

Required Skills:
* Valid PT license
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
