We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our CBG (Compressed Biogas) Plant. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of CBG and PROM (Phosphate-Rich Organic Manure), managing plant personnel, and maintaining optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire CBG and PROM production unit, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage and supervise plant personnel, including shift supervisors and technicians.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor plant performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
