<p>YesMadam is looking for a dynamic Product Manager (Operations) to drive product excellence across our B2C. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, defining product roadmaps, and enabling cross-functional execution to enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Own and manage the complete product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment and iteration.</li><li>Collaborate across business, operations, customer experience, marketing, design, and tech teams to build and launch impactful products.</li><li>Translate broad ideas into structured plans using first principles and systems thinking.</li><li>Define product requirements, prioritize features based on business impact, and coordinate agile sprints.</li><li>Liaise with UI/UX, content, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, intuitive experiences.</li><li>Conduct customer interviews to identify unmet needs and discover innovation opportunities.</li><li>Analyze product KPIs and user behavior to guide continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., payments, chatbots, communications) for integrations.</li></ul><h3>✨ What You’ll Do:</h3><ul><li>🔹 Own end-to-end product lifecycle</li><li>🔹 Collaborate with design, tech, ops & marketing</li><li>🔹 Analyze data, optimize journeys, and drive growth</li><li>🔹 Work with third-party integrations (payments, chatbots)</li><li>🔹 Lead with first-principles thinking & clear metrics</li></ul><h3>🎯 Must-Haves:</h3><ul><li>✔️ B2C PM experience (1.5-3 years)</li><li>✔️ Strong communication & analytical skills</li><li>✔️ UI/UX awareness & wireframing basics</li><li>✔️ Comfortable in ambiguity, high-ownership mindset</li></ul>
