YesMadam is looking for a dynamic Product Manager (Operations) to drive product excellence across our B2C. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, defining product roadmaps, and enabling cross-functional execution to enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the complete product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment and iteration.
- Collaborate across business, operations, customer experience, marketing, design, and tech teams to build and launch impactful products.
- Translate broad ideas into structured plans using first principles and systems thinking.
- Define product requirements, prioritize features based on business impact, and coordinate agile sprints.
- Liaise with UI/UX, content, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, intuitive experiences.
- Conduct customer interviews to identify unmet needs and discover innovation opportunities.
- Analyze product KPIs and user behavior to guide continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., payments, chatbots, communications) for integrations.
