The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.<br/>* Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media.<br/>* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.<br/>* Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.<br/>* Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.<br/>* Strong sourcing and screening skills.<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).</p>
