Job Description

HR Business Partnering (HRBP): Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions. Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity initiatives at the regional level. Manage performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions. Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and ensure smooth employee relations. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Support implementation of corporate HR policies, processes, and change management initiatives. Talent Acquisition (TA): Lead recruitment for the region across levels, with a focus on asset-side roles (sales & business functions). Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, campus hiring, and referrals. Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring within defined TAT and budgets.
