<p>We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager - ANZ to drive customer acquisition and lead generation across Australia & New Zealand. This role will be pivotal in executing regional marketing campaigns, content distribution, and demand-generation initiatives that align with sales goals and business growth.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities.</li><li>Oversee content distribution across digital channels to drive engagement and conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to align strategies with revenue goals.</li><li>Organize and manage marketing events, workshops, and industry seminars.</li><li>Build and refine SEO strategies to boost visibility and brand presence.</li><li>Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research to refine marketing tactics.</li><li>Tailor strategies to verticals like Steel, Cement, Paper, Aluminium, Pharma, Tires, and Food & Beverage.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Skills:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or account-based marketing (preferably in Industrial IoT, AI, or manufacturing sectors).</li><li>Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, demand gen, content distribution).</li><li>Proven event management experience.</li><li>Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.</li><li>Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth organization and shape regional marketing strategies in ANZ.</p>
