We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager - ANZ to drive customer acquisition and lead generation across Australia & New Zealand. This role will be pivotal in executing regional marketing campaigns, content distribution, and demand-generation initiatives that align with sales goals and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities.
- Oversee content distribution across digital channels to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align strategies with revenue goals.
- Organize and manage marketing events, workshops, and industry seminars.
- Build and refine SEO strategies to boost visibility and brand presence.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine marketing tactics.
- Tailor strategies to verticals like Steel, Cement, Paper, Aluminium, Pharma, Tires, and Food & Beverage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or account-based marketing (preferably in Industrial IoT, AI, or manufacturing sectors).
- Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, demand gen, content distribution).
- Proven event management experience.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
