<p>Graceco Limited is a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Ibadan region.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market share.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.</li><li>Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.</li><li>Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and report on sales metrics.</li><li>Ensure the effective implementation of company sales strategies and policies within the region.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA will be a distinct advantage.</li><li>Proven track record of success in a sales management role.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire a team.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Result-oriented with a deep understanding of sales performance metrics.</li></ul>
