We are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for regional Shared Services Center (SSC) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) roles. This role involves handling volume hiring and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for regional SSC/BPO positions.
* Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:
* Experience in volume hiring.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
* Proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin/Japanese/Korean) is an advantage.
