We are hiring a Remote Support Engineer with 2 years of experience in IT support. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing remote technical assistance to clients and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to end-users for technical issues related to desktops, laptops, applications, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, printers, email configuration, VPNs, and other IT services.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions via phone, chat, or remote desktop tools.
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams as required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
