<p>We are hiring a Remote Support Engineer with 2 years of experience in IT support. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing remote technical assistance to clients and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide remote support to end-users for technical issues related to desktops, laptops, applications, and network connectivity.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, printers, email configuration, VPNs, and other IT services.</li><li>Guide users through step-by-step solutions via phone, chat, or remote desktop tools.</li><li>Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams as required.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, remote desktop tools, and basic networking.</li><li>Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools (like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple support queries.</li><li>Customer-focused attitude with a sense of urgency.</li></ul>
