Careernet Technologies is looking for a dynamic Lead Recruiter (Client Onsite) to drive end-to-end recruitment operations and delivery for our client through RPO model.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at stakeholder management, tech product hiring, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor onsite recruitment teams (sourcers & coordinators)
• Partner closely with client stakeholders to define hiring needs & strategies
• Drive timely closures and ensure pipeline health with SLA adherence
• Deliver market insights to influence recruitment decisions
• Ensure process compliance and an excellent candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO environment
• Strong expertise in tech product hiring
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
