We’re looking for an experienced HSE leader (10-15 years) to oversee safety & compliance at our mining operations in Chhattisgarh. This role is critical in ensuring a safe workplace, statutory compliance, and building a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Mines Act, DGMS, OSHA & local laws
• Conduct risk assessments & mitigate hazards (gas leaks, roof falls, blasting, equipment failure)
• Lead accident investigations, root cause analysis & corrective actions
• Drive safety audits, inspections & emergency preparedness drills
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks & awareness campaigns
• Monitor occupational health standards & maintain EHS documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Mining / Safety / Environmental Engineering (DGMS Safety Certification preferred)
• 10-15 years of HSE / Safety Management experience in Mining
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, audits & risk management
• Excellent leadership, crisis management & problem-solving skills
