Job Description

As we scale our operations in Singapore, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to help us manage customer remotely from our Yangon office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for clean energy. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication & Follow-up Engage with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and web chat Promptly respond to questions and follow up on proposals sent Qualify leads and schedule site visits or online consultations with the sales team Appointment & Calendar coordination Manage Calendars for Sales representatives Schedule in-person and online meetings with customers Confirm attendance and Internal Coordination Liaise with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover Track proposal status and support follow-ups to ensure timely closing CRM & Reporting Update CRM (e.g, HubSpot) with Lead and project Status Generate weekly reports on lead pipeline, follow-up activities, and conversation rates
