I. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop strategies to increase market share growth in industrial equipment such as crane and forklift sales. 2. Identify potential industries and customers and determine their needs. 3. Develop strategies to build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services. 4. Develop product presentation to the customers. 5. Monitor the market and competitor products and activities. 6. Track sales performance metrics and identify sales progress, challenges & opportunities and address issues to improve sales performance. 7. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase visibility and establish relationships with potential clients. 8. Manage sales operations and sales workforce through an effective management and utilization of 6M Resources.
