<p>We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your territory.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals; promote and sell medical products.</li><li>Generate and convert leads, maintain CRM records, and follow up regularly.</li><li>Conduct product demos, resolve customer queries, and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Report market insights, competitor activity, and maintain accurate documentation.</li><li>Expand the customer base, attend medical events, and ensure ethical compliance.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Marketing preferred).</li><li>1-3 years of field sales experience (medical/pharma preferred).</li><li>Strong skills in sales, negotiation, relationship management, communication, and CRM usage.</li><li>Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.</li></ul><h3>Perks & Incentives:</h3><p>Competitive salary + DA + performance-based incentives</p>
