We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals; promote and sell medical products.
• Generate and convert leads, maintain CRM records, and follow up regularly.
• Conduct product demos, resolve customer queries, and achieve sales targets.
• Report market insights, competitor activity, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Expand the customer base, attend medical events, and ensure ethical compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Marketing preferred).
• 1-3 years of field sales experience (medical/pharma preferred).
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, relationship management, communication, and CRM usage.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.
