Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced Schematic Design Lead to guide the initial design phases of our Ultra Luxury Villa/Mansion projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and aesthetically pleasing schematic designs that meet client requirements and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of schematic design concepts and presentations.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to define design requirements.
- Prepare design documentation, including plans, elevations, and renderings.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
Required Skills
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
